If you struggle with depression, you can put on all the happy faces you want, but the most beautiful face is your own. Put on as many facades as you can, stack them up, layer by layer, but no matter how many times you try to hide/mask your suffering, pain and sadness will always show through your attempts of guise \ud83c\udfad Embrace yourself. I made this art piece around 4 years ago (on @inkskin) to illustrate my struggle with depression. I've found that people overburden themselves with too many facets of behavior that are trivial and plain compared to one's true soul. Thank you to the beautiful Evelyn for choosing this design as a birthday present for yourself; it felt actually moreso a gift for me. You are such a beautiful soul, and I hope this tattoo helps you through dark times as it has helped me.
