29th Philadelphia Tattoo Arts Convention

Welcome to Philadelphia Tattoo Arts Festival 2027 , bringing the Villain Arts tattoo festival experience to the Pennsylvania Convention Center from January 8–10, 2027 .

Meet tattoo artists working across a wide range of styles, explore vendor booths and experience live tattooing throughout the weekend in the heart of Philadelphia.

The festival gives visitors the chance to discover new artists, discuss future projects and enjoy the energy of one of the city’s major tattoo gatherings.

Daily tattoo contests will celebrate work created across multiple categories, including Tattoo of the Day awards for pieces completed entirely at the show. Live entertainment and additional programming will be announced closer to the event.
